NAME
xrandr-align-monitor -- script to start/stop the alignment of configured inputs with xrandr-align
SYNOPSIS
xrandr-align-monitor [ --start | --stop ]
DESCRIPTION
The xrandr-align-monitor is a script to start/stop the alignment of configured inputs with xrandr-align utility.
OPTIONS
- --start
- The default option. Starts monitoring for output-input pairs listed in the
configuration file ~/.xrandr-align/monitor or
/etc/xrandr-align/monitor if the former doesn't exist.
The configuration file entries are formatted as follows:
"output name" "input device name" [pre: pre-script] [post: post-script]
The parameters for pre- and post- scripts are optional. By default the pre-align.sh and post-align.sh files in the configuration directory are used. These scripts run the set of another scripts residing in the pre-align.d and post-align.d correspondingly.
- --stop
- Stops one or more previously started monitoring processes.
