NAME
suck - Read forever from stdin
SYNOPSIS
suck
DESCRIPTION
Suck reads data from stdin forever, and ignores the data. Suck was written to be used with xinetd in network throughput testing. A client connecting via TCP to the port designated with suck as its server can transmit a constant stream of data, sent as fast as the network will allow, up to the capacity of the reciving host to accept data, and provided that other processes' use of machine resources do not interfere.
