resolve - utility for looking up hostnames and IP addresses.

SYNOPSIS

resolve [OPTION]... <hostname or IP address>...

DESCRIPTION

Get hostname based on IP address or IP address based on hostname.

-s, --silent

Be more silent.

-t NUMBER, --timeout=NUMBER

Terminate after NUMBER of seconds.

-h, --help

Displays this help and exits.

-V, --version

Displays version information and exits.
